Henrico Police seek missing 83-year-old man

Henrico Police officials are seeking the public's help to safely locate a missing 83-year-old man.
Theo Ever Loving was last seen Sept. 16 at about 10 a.m. in the 1900 block of New Market Road in Varina. He may be traveling on foot, and there are concerns for his well-being.
Loving is described as a white male, approximately 125 lbs, with blonde/white hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray t-shirt with a Dairy Queen logo, dark blue jeans and mis-matched shoes.
