Henrico Police seek information in double-shooting that killed 18-year-old

Henrico Police officials are seeking information from the public about a double-shooting that left an 18-year-old man dead Feb. 15.

The shooting happened near the intersection of Maple Run Lane and Oak Run Lanein the Maple Springs apartment complex (across from Hermitage High School), at about 7:30 p.m. When police arrived to the area, they found two men suffering from gunshot wounds.

One, 18-year-old William Andre Scott, Jr., of Henrico, was pronounced dead at the scene. The other was taken to a local hospital with critical injuries; he remains there.
