Henrico Police officials are seeking the public's help identifying and locating two women who allegedly purchased groceries with an EBT card that was reported missing from Colorado.

The rightful owner of the card reported that it had been used in Henrico at multiple locations. Video surveillance obtained from stores in the 7800 block of West Broad Street and 7000 block of Three Chopt Road showed two women shopping for groceries and then paying with a card that did not belong to them, spending hundreds of dollars.

On Jan. 9, a Henrico Police detective received further information about another incident of EBT card fraud involving the same female person of interest.

Anyone with information about who the women are should contact Henrico Police Det. C. Besosa at (804) 501-7844 or submit tips anonymously via Metro Richmond Crime Stoppers at (804) 780-1000 or by using P3tips.com.
