Glen Allen student wins First District Congressional Art Competition
Glen Allen student Isabel Chung won the 2026 First District Congressional Art Competition, U.S. Congressman Rob Wittman (VA-01) announced recently.
Her winning art piece (pictured above) is titled “A New Beginning at Norfolk.”
"The Congressional Art Competition is a way to display the artistic talents of students across the nation,” said Wittman, terming Chung's work “exceptional.
“I look forward to congratulating her in person and seeing her painting displayed in the U.S. Capitol.”
