Community forum planned Oct. 19 on western Henrico data center proposals

A community forum about proposed data center development near the Henrico-Goochland border will be held Monday, Oct. 19, at 7 p.m. at Christ Church Episcopal, 5000 Pouncey Tract Road in Glen Allen.

The event is being promoted by Western Henrico Neighbors, a residents group that is seeking to raise awareness of several large-scale data center proposals in the area. Organizers say the discussion will address potential development near Fox Hall, The Colonies, Gayton Station, West Creek and Route 288, as well as steps residents can take to follow or participate in related public processes.

The forum is open to the public. More information is available from westernhenriconeighbors.org.
