Cedarfield residents to host 'Garden Day' celebration May 7

The “Garden Angels,” a group of older adults at Henrico senior living community Cedarfield, are inviting the public to join their annual Garden Day, Thursday, May 7, from 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.

The event will showcase the community’s outdoor gardens and spaces, featuring guided tours of the upper pond garden, garden beds, secret garden, and garden grove walk. Attendees can explore each location, connect with Garden Angel hosts, and collect stickers to complete their tour booklet. Participants are also invited to enjoy refreshments following the tours. 

The garden tour will take place from 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m., and Fellowship Hall will be open from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Cedarfield is located at 2300 Cedarfield Parkway in Henrico.
