Grove Eye Care opens its new Regency Square office today, Sept. 21, at 1404 North Parham Road, Suite F1. The practice moved from its longtime Grove Avenue location and plans a ribbon-cutting ceremony Sept. 29 in partnership with ChamberRVA. The Midlothian office remains open. Burlington plans to open a 23,525-square-foot store Sept. 25 at Parham One Shopping Center, at Brook and Parham roads. The store will occupy part of the former Big Lots space and will be Burlington’s ninth location in the Richmond metropolitan area, according to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer. International Market has leased 8,200 square feet of retail space at Glen Lea Centre, 3800-3824 Mechanicsville Turnpike, according to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer. Alicia Brown, Connie Jordan Nielsen and Nicki Jassy represented the landlord.

Commonwealth Commercial reported nine recent Henrico lease transactions. The largest was a 13,017-square-foot lease by RGN-Richmond III LLC at 3900 Westerre Parkway, Suite 300. Good Hands Auto Care leased 3,660 square feet at 3802 Talley Road; Virginia Capital Partners leased 2,750 square feet at 1807 Libbie Avenue; Indigo Avenue leased 2,387 square feet at 448 North Ridge Road; and Nathan’s Roof Repairs renewed 2,132 square feet at 301 Concourse Boulevard, Suite 130. Other renewals or leases involved Rewards Plus of America Insurance Agency, Central Virginia Psychological Services/Capital City Counseling, Deborah Goodermuth and Federated Mutual Insurance Company.
