Better Business Bureau serving Central Virginia, headquartered in Glen Allen, has begun continuously monitoring licenses and regulatory credentials of its accredited businesses through a partnership with Branvio Inc. BBB said the system replaces repeated manual database checks and has freed more than $75,000 worth of staff time.


Colliers Richmond reported several recent Henrico leases, including 7,350 square feet for Bloom Salon at 10815 West Broad Street; 541 square feet for All Ways Caring HomeCare at 1503 Santa Rosa Road; a 986-square-foot renewal for M.J. Edwards LLC at 1503 Santa Rosa Road; 2,361 square feet for Kelley Kouture LLC at 4323 Cox Road; and 1,500 square feet for Red Light Freedom at 11391 Nuckols Road.


Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer reported recent Henrico leases including a 3,669-square-foot renewal by Royal Dermatology & Aesthetic Skin Care at 7229 Forest Avenue; a 3,116-square-foot renewal by Sargent & Lundy at 4860 Cox Road; 3,110 square feet leased by Milk & Honey at 9645 West Broad Street; and 1,093 square feet leased by Rooted Salon Suites at 5300 Chamberlayne Road.


Dr. Marcel G. Lambrechts Jr. of Sandston has been installed as president of the Virginia Dental Association. Lambrechts practices at Seven Pines Dental in Sandston and has previously served as president of the Richmond Dental Society.
