Colliers International recently announced the following lease transactions in Henrico County: Mr. Noodle & Dumpling – leased 3,850 SF at 7801 West Broad Street (Robby Brownfield and Rob Black represented the landlord); Virginia Physicians for Women, LTD – renewed its lease of 4,741 SF at 5875 Bremo Road (John Carpin, Malcolm Randolph and Catherine Walker represented the landlord); Virginia Physicians for Women, LTD – renewed its lease of 1,991 SF at 5875 Bremo Road (John Carpin, Malcolm Randolph and Catherine Walker represented the landlord); Falcon Cargo LLC – leased 463 SF at 4451 Cox Road (John Carpin and Catherine Walker represented the landlord); Commonwealth of Virginia, Virginia Indigent Defense Commission – leased 8,132 SF at 1604 Forest Avenue (Malcolm Randolph and Catherine Walker represented the landlord); Commonwealth of Virginia, Department of General Services – leased 4,457 SF at 1604 Forest Avenue (Malcolm Randolph and Catherine Walker represented the landlord); Broughton Injury Law – leased 3,040 SF at 1602 Rolling Hills Drive (Malcolm Randolph, Catherine Walker and Austin Makepeace represented the landlord); Legacy Engineering, PC – leased 2,155 SF at 2727 Enterprise Parkway (Catherine Walker and John Carpin represented the landlord); Community Alternatives Virginia, Inc. – leased 1,003 SF at 7204 Glen Forest Drive (Zach Roski and Tom Vozenilek represented the tenant); ePlus Technology, Inc. – renewed its lease of 8,639 SF at 4405 Cox Road (John Carpin and Catherine Walker represented the landlord).


Extended Studio has signed a lease for approximately 1,394 SF in the Penstock Quarter building at 5001 Libbie Mill East Boulevard, Suite 105, in Libbie Mill—Midtown. Founded by Sable Grayson, a licensed esthetician and certified lash artist, Extended Studio specializes in lash services but also offers a full range of beauty enhancements including brow lamination, mini facials, dermaplaning, tooth gems, waxing and tinting. The company aims to open in September. With this lease, the Penstock Quarter building is now fully leased. Libbie Mill—Midtown is a mixed-use community developed by Henrico-based Gumenick Properties. Gumenick Properties continues to expand the neighborhood with Wrighthaven Square, a new apartment development set to open in early 2026, and pre-leasing is now underway for the newest Jordan’s Branch Apartments rental condominiums.

Virginia Career Works—Henrico Center will host Job Club, a networking group for job seekers that also teaches valuable job skills, every fourth Tuesday of the month from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. The next Job Club will take place July 22. Each month at Job Club there is a different topic, including resume building, honing job skills, navigating the job market, job search techniques, applying for jobs online, mock interviewing and resource referrals.
