AMENDED ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce a vinculo matrimonii from the Defendant on the grounds of living separate and apart for a period of more than one year.
An affidavit having been filed that it is unknown whether Defendant is a resident of this Commonwealth, that diligence has been used by or on behalf of Plaintiff to ascertain in what county or city the Defendant is, without effect, it is ORDERED that the Defendant appear on or before the 30th day of October, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., in the Clerk’s Office of this Court and do what is necessary to protect her interests.
It is further ORDERED that this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in Henrico Citizen, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Henrico; that a copy of this order be posted at the front door of the courthouse wherein this court is held; and that a copy of this order be mailed to the defendant at the address shown by the aforesaid affidavit.
