The Virginia Antiques Expo will take place at the Richmond Raceway Complex from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Jan. 23 and from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Jan. 24. This curated gathering of 75+ exhibitors is a modern reimagining of the antique show. Items for sale including 18th-century furniture, estate jewelry, original art, French antiques, Americana, garden items and more. The expo blends extraordinary antiques and collectibles with regional flavors, artisans and experiences. Advance single-day tickets are $16.88. Tickets at the door are $20. Henrico Recreation and Parks will present "Teddy's Bear and the Phenomenon of America's Beloved Toy" at Meadow Farm on Saturday, Jan. 24 from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. The creation of the cuddly friend of children around the world is a fascinating story. The Rumble at the Raceway, presented by Championship Minded Promotions, will take place Saturday, Jan. 24 at 6 p.m. at the Richmond Raceway Complex. The Rumble at the Raceway aims to establish RVA as a major hub for world-class sporting events. It is presented by the same team that produced "The Main Street Main Event." As part of its Spotlight Series, HATTheatre in Henrico's West End will present a performance by Vagabond Dandies on Saturday, Jan. 24 from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. The band plays high-energy party music from the 60s through today. The group consists of Derek Tatum, vox; Gary Tye, backing vox/rhythm guitar; Greg Lawson, backing vox/bass guitar; Evan Rosenthal, backing vox/lead guitar; and Gonzalo Bearman, backing vox/drums. The Lakeside Winter Wonderland Market, a local collaborative market event presented by Twisted Carrot Farm, will take place Sunday, Jan. 25 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Lakeside Farmers' Market, 6110 Lakeside Avenue. More than 50 local makers will be selling a variety of goods. Enjoy food and drinks, a craft workshop, and music while you shop. Admission is free, open to the community and family-friendly. No pets.
