VDOT seeks public input about safety enhancements along Richmond-Henrico Turnpike

The Virginia Department of Transportation is seeking public input through a survey about safety and operational issues and possible solutions along Route 627 (Richmond-Henrico Turnpike/Meadowbridge Road) between Azalea Avenue and I-295.
During a recent five-year period, there was one fatal crash and four crashes with severe injuries along the corridor, which includes two Potential for Safety Improvement (or PSI) intersections and 2 PSI segments.
