Trustee's Sale 8209 HUNTERS MEADOW DR, HENRICO, VA 23231 (Parcel ID: 840-686-3705) Default having been made in the terms of a certain Deed of Trust dated 3/12/2021, in the original principal amount of $313,663.00 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the Henrico County, Virginia on 3/15/2021, as Instrument No. 202100013294, in Book 6163, Page 299, the undersigned Substitute Trustees will sell at public auction on 6/1/2026 at 3:30 PM, At the Front Entrance of the Circuit Court Building For Henrico County located at 4301 E. Parham Road, Richmond, VA 23228, the property designated as 8209 HUNTERS MEADOW DR, HENRICO, VA 23231. Lot 13, Block B, Section A, Hunter's Knoll, as shown on a plat dated June 1, 2007, prepared by Foster & Miller, P.C., entitled "Hunter's Knoll, Section A, Varina District, Henrico County, Virginia," and recorded in the Clerk's Office, Circuit Court, Henrico County, Virginia in Plat Book 123, pages 169-173, and to which plat reference is hereby made for a more particular description of the real estate. TERMS: CASH. A deposit of $31,366.30 or 10% of the sale price, whichever is lower, will be required of the successful bidder at time of sale. Prior to the sale, interested bidders will be required to register with and must present a bid deposit which may be held during the sale by the trustee. The bid deposit must be certified funds and/or cash, but no more than $9,900.00 of cash will be accepted. The successful bidder's deposit will be retained at the sale and applied to the sale price.
