Henrico students named winners in Congressional Art Competition for Virginia's First, Fourth districts
Three Henrico County students were named winners in the 2025 Congressional Art Competition for the First and Fourth districts in Virginia. Glen Allen homeschool student Victoria Ji won the competition in the First District, while Henrico High School eleventh-grader Journi Marlow won the Fourth District competition and Hermitage High School
