The County of Henrico is conducting a study to evaluate safety and operational improvements along Route 5 and New Osborne Turnpike corridors. This study is being conducted in partnership with the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) and the City of Richmond. 

The purpose of this public information meeting is to provide information about the study and receive public input. The public information meeting will be in an open-house format from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. This format will provide flexibility to allow the participants to meet and discuss the proposed study directly with the study staff members.
