Richmond Navy League honors local cadets

Among the students recognized this year with the Richmond Navy League Council's Top Cadet Award were: (above left) Evelyn Gomez, Highland Springs H.S. MCJROTC; and Cadet First Sergeant Adian Chen, J.R. Tucker High School MCJROTC (with RCNL Liaison Earl Williams).
The Richmond Navy League Council supports nine Richmond area Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps programs, including five at Henrico schools.
