Los Panchos Mexican Restaurant, 3532 Pump Road – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: two hand sinks are blocked; dishwasher is dispensing 0 ppm of chloride sanitizer; temperatures of bulk container of salsa and bulk container of white sauce prepared yesterday in walk-in cooler are elevated; container of wings in walk-in cooler isn’t marked with preparation date; menu doesn’t contain an asterisk linking to the consumer advisory statement on listings for T-bone, ribeye and sirloin steaks that can be cooked to order; spray bottle containing a yellowish chemical is unlabeled; raw meat is being thawed sitting out on the prep table; container of flour in dry storage area is unlabeled; wire rack in walk-in cooler is heavily rusted; drying shelves above dishwasher are covered in a layer of debris buildup; there is a clogged drain in the corner of the kitchen across from the prep line; mop isn’t hung or inverted to air dry.
Chick-fil-A, 9100 West Broad Street – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: one employee with long facial hair isn’t wearing a beard guard; hand sink next to three-compartment sink runs water for less than 15 seconds.

The Honey Baked Ham Co., 200 Towne Center West Boulevard – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: hand sink across from prep line is blocked by catering cart and empty take-out containers; no preparation date is marked on two bags of sliced ham in walk-in cooler; take-out containers on top prep shelf are not stored inverted; long cutting board on prep unit is scored and stained; light shield in back of facility is in disrepair; dumpster area is dirty and surrounded by loose trash and debris; there is a direct plumbing connection underneath three-compartment sink.
Hyatt House Richmond/Short Pump, 11800 West Broad Street – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: hand sink in bar is blocked by a big wooden cover to an external piping system; raw shelled eggs are stored above ready-to-eat salted butter and cream cheese in reach-in unit; temperature of waffle batter stored out on the service line is elevated; container of white powdery substance on wire rack in dry storage area is unlabeled; gasket liners are torn on middle and left-side door of prep unit on the line; wire rack in walk-in cooler is peeling and rusty; dumpster area is dirty and surrounded by loose trash and debris; mop isn’t hung or inverted to air dry.

Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwiches, 7005 Three Chopt Road – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: there is 0 ppm of quat sanitizer at three-compartment sink; pickle buckets are stored directly on walk-in cooler floor; an employee handling food is wearing a watch; in-use knives are stored under deli slicer and under condiment station; walk-in cooler racks are rusted; box fan on shelf under deli slicer, air returns in back of kitchen and air vent in walk-in cooler are dusty; two garbage bags found on ground next to back door; dumpster lid was left open; ceiling panels are missing above walk-in cooler; ceiling tile is peeling next to portable AC unit running to ceiling; observed handwritten sign stating “no vaping in cooler” on walk-in cooler door; facility doesn’t have an approved “no smoking” sign posted.
Wingstop, 7003 Three Chopt Road – No violations reported during a routine inspection.
Waffle House, 7109 West Broad Street – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: raw shell eggs are stored above milk, lemons and whipped cream in four-door cooler; temperatures of gray and chili in warmer are too low because the warmer wasn’t turned on; no time is marked for eggs; ice bucket isn’t stored inverted to allow for drainage; three rubber spatulas are peeling and cracked; observed grime buildup under dish machine on pipes and on sides of dish machine; there is a heavy liquid spill on bottom of soda machine near customer seating area; dumpster door was left open.

Buckhead’s Chop House & Restaurant, 8510 Patterson Avenue – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: person in charge couldn’t provide employee health policy; there is green mold growing on cut country ham wrapped in plastic wrap in walk-in cooler; observed white dried food debris behind deli slicer blade stored on shelf; there is brown buildup in soda nozzle and ice tea dispenser nozzle at serving station; there is light brown mildew in ice machine; temperature of cooked shrimp in lowboy unit is elevated; “cold pickled” onions in lowboy and mignonette (consisting of vinegar and sugar) in walk-in cooler are past their expiration dates; cut block cheese and cut country ham in walk-in cooler are not date marked; there isn’t a consumer advisory on outdoor menu on side of building by front door; BuTanks are stored above foods in dry storage; raw tuna is thawing in walk-in cooler while still in reduced oxygen packaging; employee handling food is wearing a watch; scoops without handles are stored inside flour and sugar bins; fryer baskets have bent wires; posts of drying rack are rusted; single and prep cutting boards are heavily scratched and stained; observed dust accumulation on pipes and equipment under dish machine and on walk-in cooler fan grates; mop sink hose is hanging below flood rim in bottom of sink; there is a leak from three-compartment sink faucet; there is a direct plumbing connection at three-compartment and prep sinks in kitchen; employee restroom door was left open because it isn’t self-closing; employee restroom doesn’t have a covered trash can; there are damaged ceiling tiles above two-door reach-in freezer by back door; ceiling tile is missing in employee restroom; observed dust accumulation on air vent above in-use plates, back of mirror, and on far left suppression nozzles.
Wendy’s, 4026 Glenside Drive – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: observed grease and dried food debris along gaskets of cold units and on storage cabinets; employee isn’t wearing a hair restraint; employee touched their hair and then proceeded to bag fries.
Subway Sandwiches & Salads, 4014 Glenside Drive – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: facility couldn’t provide written procedures for cleaning up vomit and diarrhea; food found inside hand sink at service line; two boxes of sausage are thawing on the floor in the hallway; both hand sinks are dripping.

Five Guys Burgers and Fries, 10841 West Broad Street – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: hand sink in back of kitchen doesn’t have paper towels; hand sink in front of kitchen doesn’t have hand soap; dumpster area is dirty and surrounded by loose trash and debris.
Foxtail Coffee Co., 2240 Old Brick Road – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: trash bags are stored in back hand sink; empty milk jug stored in front hand sink; employee says the steamer arm on the espresso machine is not cleaned and sanitized every four hours as required; sanitizer spray bottle and fly spray are stored on rack with single-service items; there is a small fly infestation in kitchen; y-valve attached to mop sink faucet with hoses doesn’t have the proper backflow prevention device installed.
Domino’s Pizza, 550 East Laburnum Avenue – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: there is no certified food protection manager on staff and the facility hasn’t had one as far back as 2023; observed staff draining liquid from bags of food into hand sink; jalapenos and banana peppers are past their expiration dates; there is food debris inside pizza make table and on wire storage racks in walk-in cooler; walk-in cooler door gaskets are dirty and stained black; there is dust on top, back and tubes connected to pizza oven; observed dried food stains on walls throughout kitchen and on wall, counter and glass behind pizza make table; wall behind pizza oven is dusty.

Elephant Thai Restaurant, 11676 West Broad Street – The following violations were reported during a follow-up inspection: hand sink in ware wash area doesn’t have paper towels; raw chicken is stored above ready-to-eat chicken; soda nozzle in bar is still covered in dust; several foods out on the buffet lines are not at the required temperatures (papaya salad, fish cakes, basil chicken, chicken broccoli, mixed veggies and drunken noodle); found two, live, small roaches and a large number of roach carcasses behind cooking equipment, dry storage shelves and underneath lowboy in the sushi bar; packages of food are stored directly on the walk-in freezer floor; rice scoop is stored in standing water next to the buffet line; two fryer baskets still have broken off metal pieces; drying rack above three-compartment sink is dirty; floors underneath cookline and walls behind cookline are still covered in a thick layer of grease buildup.
