Portions of Henrico's Kain Road, Audubon Drive closed beginning this week

Henrico's Kain Road will close between Willane and North Gayton roads beginning Monday, Feb. 16 for a sewer installation, according to county officials. A detour will direct travelers to us Willane, Heather Grove, Stone Horse, Perrywinkle, Pouncey Tract and North Gayton roads. The work is expected to take one week, depending upon weather.

In addition, Audubon Drive in Sandston will close between South Airport Drive and Oakleys Lane beginning Tuesday, Feb. 17 for a sewer repair. A detour will route traffic to Oakleys, Williamsburg Road and South Airport. The work is expected to take two weeks, depending upon weather.
