Portion of Henrico's Sadler Road to close for several months beginning Feb. 9

A portion of Sadler Road – between Sadler Grove Road and Sadler Green Lane – will close Monday, Feb. 9 for utility work, roundabout construction and realignment of the roadway, according to Henrico officials. The work is part of the Sadler Road Realignment and Improvements project.

A detour will prompt travelers to use Sadler Green Lane, Sadler Glen Lane, Sadler Glen Place, Greenbrooke Drive, Brookmere Drive, Oscar Place, Jalbert Drive, Dublin Road and Sadler Walk Lane.

The work is expected to take several months to complete.
