ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of the above-styled matter is for the Department of Social Services of the County of Henrico, Virginia to obtain permanent custody of Rogue Payne and to terminate the residual parental rights of Jessica Searle, the biological mother, Germain Jones, the putative father, and the unknown biological father of Rogue Payne so that the child may be placed for legal adoption. It appearing to the court from the information obtained on an affidavit from a witness for the Department of Social Services of the County of Henrico that the whereabouts of Germain Jones, the putative father of Rogue Payne, are unknown, and reasonable efforts have been made to locate the putative father with no success. It also appearing to the court from the information obtained on an affidavit from a witness for the Department of Social Services of the County of Henrico that the true identity and whereabouts of the biological father of Rogue Payne are unknown, and reasonable efforts have been made to identify and locate the biological father with no success.

It is ORDERED that Germain Jones, the putative father, and that the unknown biological father contact their court-appointed counsel, Alex Clarke at (804) 261-6101.

It is further ORDERED that Germain Jones, the putative father, and the unknown biological father appear on the 3rd day of September, 2025, at 11:00 o’clock a.m., before the Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court of the County of Henrico at 4201 East Parham Road, Henrico, Virginia 23228 and do what is necessary to protect his interests.

Pursuant to Section 8.01-317 of the Code of Virginia, the Court deems proper to dispense with publication of this notice in a newspaper and authorizes that this notice may be placed electronically on a site reasonably calculated to apprise the party named herein of the pendency of this action and afford them an opportunity to present their objections, to-wit, HenricoCitizen.com.
