ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of the above-styled matter is for the Department of Social Services of the County of Henrico, Virginia to obtain permanent custody of Yusuf Smith and to terminate the residual parental rights of Tiffany Custis, the biological mother of Yusuf Smith, so that the child may be placed for legal adoption. It appearing to the court from the information obtained on an affidavit from a witness for the Department of Social Services of the County of Henrico that the location of Tiffany Custis, the biological mother of Yusuf Smith, is unknown, and reasonable efforts have been made to locate Tiffany Custis with no success.

It is ORDERED that Tiffany Custis, the biological mother of Yusuf Smith, contact her court-appointed counsel, Alex Clarke at (804) 261-6101.

It is further ORDERED that Tiffany Custis, the biological mother of Yusuf Smith, appear on the 10th day of July, 2025, at 2:30 p.m., before the Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court of the County of Henrico at 4201 East Parham Road, Henrico, Virginia 23228 and do what is necessary to protect her interests.
