Obituary - Winston Gregory McBride
Winston Gregory McBride, 70, of Henrico County is driving that big Corvette in the Sky since Monday, February 23, 2026.
He was preceded in death by his parents; James and Louise McBride; and a brother, James Samms.
He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Ellen McBride (but they’ve been together for over 50 years); a daughter, Wendy Campos-McBride and her husband, Lou Campos; and a large circle of extended family and friends including Rosa Mugerson and James “Pacman” Freeman.
Winston had a fond love and appreciation for all types of music, 60’s era comic books, classic t.v., New York Pizza, photography, tinkering with computers, and as legend has it, he has finally gotten his “cut”!
The family will receive friends from 11 until Celebration of Life Service time at 12pm, Thursday, March 12 at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave, Richmond, VA 23231.
