Obituary - Steve William Perdue

Steve W. Perdue, 73, of Henrico, passed away peacefully on August 29, 2025, at his home. He is preceded in death by his parents, Wirt and Hattie Perdue; sisters, Drema Burns and Karen Whitaker; granddaughter, Daisy. He is survived by his loving wife Janie of 54 years, three children Angela (Jimbo), Stevie (Betsy), Tommy (Lauren); five grandchildren, Jamie, Chris, T.J., Tori, Sierra; two great grandchildren Oakley and Axel; siblings, Gloria and Ricky. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather.

He was retired but had worked for 47 years at Cushing Manufacturing.

Friends and family will be received at Bliley's Funeral Home at 8510 Staples Mill Rd, Richmond, VA 23228 for a visitation on Tuesday, September 2nd from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday September 3, 2025, at 1:00 p.m., at Riverview Cemetery, 1401 S Randolph St, Richmond, VA 23220.
