Robert Reddell Lammey, Jr., age 87, of Varina, passed away on June 10, 2025.
He was born on May 26, 1938, in Richmond Virginia. He worked for Dominion Energy for over 40 years. He enjoyed his family, motorcycles, and hunting and fishing on the Chickahominy River.
He was survived by his children; Dawn (Butch) Taylor and Robert (Kathleen) Lammey III; grandchildren, Morgan (Jason) Taylor, Robert Lammey IV, Emily (David) Clements, Ryan (Lindsey) Goff, Wesley (Allie) Goff, and Evan (Shannon) Goff; great-grandchildren, Robert V, Eden, Peyton, Savannah, Lawson, Wyatt, Bailee, and Jayce; beloved lab, Bubba; sister, Addie Asbury; and cousins, Nancy and Jimmy Alcorn.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Frances Lammey, and grandchild, Russel Lammey.
The family will receive friends on Monday, June 16, 2025, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond, VA 23231.
