Obituary - Robert Arthur Tice

Robert Arthur Tice, 87, of Glen Allen, VA, went to be with the Lord on May 11, 2025. He is preceded into heaven by Linus R. Tice and Ruth E. White Tice Happich (William); sister, Marjorie Jean Tice Happich (Alfred) and brother-in-law, Richard Stanley Winsor (Barbara). Robert is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Elaine Frances Winsor Tice, formerly of Binghamton, NY and Greene, NY; daughters, Deborah Elaine Tice Cobb (Bruce) and Karen Ruth Tice Waters (John); grandchildren, Joshua T. Cobb, Jason T. Cobb, Kelly W. Smith (Robert), Sarah W. Hirst (James), Rachel Riviere (Ernie) and Jonathan Waters (Katie); along with multiple beloved great grandchildren; Aunts, Ruby White and Mary White, as well as several cousins and other extended family.
