Michael Wayne Outten Sr., 71, of Henrico County, Va. passed away Tuesday, July 29, 2025.
Mike is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Judy Outten; three sons, Michael Wayne Outten Jr., David Brandon Outten, and Steven Julius Outten; his grandchildren, Brandon M., Alexis, Alyssa, Madison, Melody, Brandon K., Liam and Jacob; his sister, Brenda; his dog, Stormy; and other family members. He was preceded in death by his dog, Missy.
A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
