Manuel Burgos, 84, of Henrico, Virginia, passed away on Thursday, September 11, 2025. He is proceeded in death by his mother, Martina Rodriguez. He is survived by the love of his life, Carmen Burgos, his stepson Miguel Maldonado, six beautiful grandchildren and many dear friends.
Manuel was born in Las Piedras, Puerto Rico and moved to Richmond, Virginia in the US over 40 years ago.
An 11:00 AM Chapel Service will be held on Thursday, September 18, 2025, at Bliley's Funeral Home - 8510 Staples Mill Rd, Henrico, VA 23228. After the service, family invites friends and guests to a celebration of life at Manuel's home - 2915 Maplewood Rd, Richmond VA 23228.
