Obituary - Kenneth Entz Mills

Kenneth Entz Mills, 87, of Henrico, passed away on Thursday, November 13, 2025. He was the son of the late Kenneth Entz Mills and Frances Fern Tucker Mills. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Virginia Ann Petrie.
He is survived by his beloved wife of nearly 61 years, Susan Mills; children, Peter Mills (Jessica), Rebecca Blanton (Rob), and Kathy Bixler (Matt); grandchildren, Emily Mills, Tucker Mills (Anna), Jake Mills, Katie Wild (Dillon), Grace Luke (Dan), Timothy Blanton, Sam Bixler, Charlie Bixler, and Meg Bixler.
Kenneth was born and raised in Chillicothe, Illinois. He earned his degree in business from Bradley University. After graduation, he started working in sales and marketing for CSX Corporation (formerly B&O Railroad) in 1965 until his retirement in 2000. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, golfing, and spending time at his river house. His greatest passion in life was his family. He loved spending time with them, especially his grandchildren.
All funeral services will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be donated to Chapters Health Hospice – Richmond, VA. The family is being served by the West Chapel of Bennett Funeral Home.
