Joseph Michael Folley, 66, of Henrico County, passed away Wednesday, December 3, 2025.
Joe was survived by his wife, Shelia Folley; mother, Kathryn Folley; three sons, Travis, Dustin, and Tyler; and his siblings, Dawn, Cheryl Ann, Linda, Scott, and Sam. He was preceded in death by his father, Sam Folley; brother, Tom Folley; an aunt, Hazel; and an uncle, Frank.
Joe often shared, “My mother always told me to never stop learning,” a value he held true to throughout his life, along with helping many whenever he could. His project list was long—and still is. Joe was often found playing with his nieces, nephews, or any little ones; it always brought a smile to his face and joy to his heart. He also lived by another simple belief: If you have a choice, choose happiness.
A memorial service will be held at 3 pm Monday, December 15, 2025, at Affinity Funeral Service, 2720 Enterprise Pkwy, Richmond, VA 23294. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Internment will be private.
