Obituary - Elsie Marie Dawson

Elsie Marie Dawson was born in Sandston, VA on January 15th, 1947. On May 16th, 2025 she went to be with the Lord. She is preceded in passing by her parents, Royal and Josephine Dawson; and her brother, RC “Tiny” Dawson. She is survived by her children, Chad Borich and Jennifer Pelzer; her grandchildren, Zora, Gabriella, and Vincent; and her son-in-law, Gilles.
Elsie loved her friends closely, especially her sorority sisters. She was very dedicated to her successful career and worked as a project manager for more than 30 years. She was a passionate and independent woman who had a strong commitment and dedication for family and friends.
A memorial service will be held at Bliley’s Chippenham at 3:30pm May 23rd, 2025. The family will receive friends for visitation one hour prior to the start of the service.
Elsie was a presence of light on this Earth, and she will be dearly missed by all her family and friends.
