Obituary - Arthur Smalls Sr.

Arthur Smalls, Sr., 84, of Henrico, died September 10, 2025. Surviving are his wife, Rev. Sandra E. Smalls; four daughters, Leatrice Smalls, Tanya Goode (Melvin), Latonya Smalls and DeWanda Baugh; son, Arthur Smalls, Jr. (Melody); ten grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren; sister, Sheila Bailey (Eugene); brother, Frank Smalls, Jr. (Dalphine); nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd., where viewing will be held Thursday, September 18 from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. followed by the family receiving friends in Scott's Chapel from 6 to 7 p.m.  Funeral services will be held 12 noon Friday, September 19 at Rising Mt. Zion Baptist Church, 2705 Hartman Street. Interment Washington Memorial Park.
