NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Table of Contents
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Henrico County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on September 9, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., in the Board Room at the Henrico County Government Center, Parham and Hungary Spring Roads, Henrico, Virginia, to consider the following Ordinances:
- Vacation of Building Line – Westview Subdivision – 914 Sabot Street – Brookland District
The vacation will remove the 25-foot building line located across Lots 4-5, Block 9, Section C, in the Westview subdivision, also known as 914 Sabot Street. This building line was dedicated by a plat recorded in the Henrico County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office in Plat Book 13, page 128.
- Vacation of Drainage and Utility Easement – 11801 Barrington Hill Court – Englewood Subdivision – Three Chopt District
This proposed action would vacate the 16’ drainage and utility easement at the rear of Lot 5, Section 2, Englewood subdivision, also known as 11801 Barrington Hill Court and designated GPIN No. 742-759-3453. The drainage and utility easement was dedicated to the County of Henrico, Virginia on aplat, “Corrected Plat of Englewood Section 2,” recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Henrico County in Plat Book 129, page 100.
- Vacation of Building Line – River Hills Subdivision – 8100 University Drive – Tuckahoe District
The vacation will remove the 50-foot building line located across Lot 6, Block B, Section B, in the River Hills subdivision, also known as a portion of 8100 University Drive. This building line was dedicated by a plat recorded in the Henrico County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office in Plat Book 22, page 1.
Anyone may attend the meeting and express an opinion on the above matters. Alternatively, anyone may submit written comments in advance of the meeting by email to bra151@henrico.gov, through the County’s webpage listed above, or by regular mail to Clerk, Henrico County Board of Supervisors, P.O. Box 90775, Henrico, VA 23273-0775. Any written comments received in advance of the meeting will be provided to the Board of Supervisors before the hearing and included in the record of the hearing.
