NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

THE HENRICO COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING IN THE BOARD ROOM OF THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING IN THE GOVERNMENT CENTER AT PARHAM AND HUNGARY SPRING ROADS, 6:00 P.M., TUESDAY, JULY 22, 2025 TO CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING:

REZ-2025-100474 Godsey Properties Inc: Request to conditionally rezone from R-5AC General Residence District (Conditional) to RTHC Residential Townhouse District (Conditional) part of Parcel 836-713-7564 containing 15.65 acres located on the east line of Dry Bridge Road approximately 220’ south of Old Williamsburg Road. The applicant proposes a townhouse development. The uses will be controlled by zoning ordinance regulations and proffered conditions. The 2026 Comprehensive Plan recommends Commercial Concentration and Urban Residential. The site is located in the Airport Safety Overlay District.
