VIRGINIA: IN THE JUVENILE AND DOMESTIC RELATIONS COURT OF THE COUNTY OF HENRICO
In Re: Emmanuel Jake Tadane Rios (DOB: 08/30/2008); an infant under the age of 18 years. Case No.: JJ112775-08-00
ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of the above-styled matter is for the Department of Social Services of the County of Henrico, Virginia to obtain permanent custody of Emmanuel Jake Tadane Rios and to terminate the residual parental rights of Jesus Nuena Rios, the biological father of Emmanuel Jake Tadane Rios, so that the child may be placed for legal adoption.
It appearing to the court from the information obtained on an affidavit from a witness for the Department of Social Services of the County of Henrico that the whereabouts of Jesus Nuena Rios, the biological father, are unknown, and reasonable efforts have been made to locate Jesus Nuena Rios with no success.
It is ORDERED that Jesus Nuena Rios, the biological father of of Emmanuel Jake Tadane Rios, contact his court-appointed counsel, Alex Clarke, at (804) 261-6101.
It is further ORDERED that Jesus Nuena Rios, the biological father of of Emmanuel Jake Tadane Rios, appear on the 13th day of May 2026, at 10:00 a.m., before the Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court of the County of Henrico at 4201 East Parham Road, Henrico, Virginia 23228 and do what is necessary to protect their interests.
Pursuant to Section 8.01-317 of the Code of Virginia, the Court deems proper to dispense with publication of this notice in a newspaper and authorizes that this notice may be published electronically on a site reasonably calculated to apprise the party named herein of the pendency of this action and afford them an opportunity to present their objections, to-wit, HenricoCitizen.com.
