Notice of Dissolution - Senior Living Partners of Virginia, LLC

Senior Living Partners of Virginia, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company (the “Company”) has dissolved pursuant to Code of Virginia § 13.1-1046. All persons with claims against the Company are requested to send a description of the claim in writing to: Senior Living Partners of Virginia, LLC, C/O Spotts Fain PC, 411 E. Franklin St., #600, Richmond, VA 23219. A claim against the Company will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced prior to the earlier of the expiration of any applicable statute of limitations or three years after the date of publication of this notice.
