In push to limit future development, Henrico proposes preservation of one-fourth of county land

Henrico man killed in crash after shooting on I-295
Virginia State Police identified the man killed in an Interstate 295 shooting and crash as Hunter S. Davis, 27, of Henrico County. It is not yet clear if Davis died as a result of the shooting or the crash or a combination of both. The incident began around 6:30
