VPRA data shows delayed trains all too common for commuters

Henrico County-based urban planner Andy Clarke frequently experiences travel delays on the nation's passenger rail system.

He's a regular traveler between the Staples Mill Road Amtrak train station in Henrico County and Union Station in Washington, D.C., on his way to visit his company's home office in Silver Spring, Maryland.
