Henrico to host Second Annual Regional First Responder Wellness Summit March 24

The Second Annual Regional First Responder Wellness Summit will take place at the Henrico Sports and Events Center March 24, aiming to bridge the gap between first responder groups and resources they need and use.

The free event is aimed at first responders and their families and will be hosted by the Regional Public Safety Chaplains and sponsored by Sharp Performance. It will feature several breakout rooms for organizations to share information about what they do in roughly 15 to 30-minute time slots.

Exhibitors in attendance will include Sharp Performance, Aspire 365, Sandstone Care, Vets Retreat Virginia, Homes for Heroes at Long & Foster Realtors and Pure Water – Virginia.

Keynote speaker Donnie Hutchinson – a work-life balance speaker, author, and online coach will share insight about self-care and work-life balance.

The event will take place from 3:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., with Hutchinson's address beginning at 7:30 p.m.
