Henrico school bus driver injured in morning crash; no students on board

A crash involving a Henrico County school bus left the bus driver hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries Tuesday morning.

The crash involving the bus, which did not have any students aboard, and a pickup truck occurred just before 6:40 a.m. in the 10000 block of Woodman Road, according to Henrico Police.

Woodman Road in the area remained closed just before 9 a.m. while crews worked to clear the scene, but the road was expected to reopen soon, according to police.
