As temperatures remain high across the Richmond region, the Salvation Army is opening its cooling center, in partnership with the Richmond and Henrico governments, June 11 and 12.
The center, located at 1900 Chamberlayne Avenue in Richmond, is open to adults 18 and older from 1 p.m. to 7
