Henrico Federal Credit Union is moving its Short Pump branch farther west, to 4419 Greybull Drive, in early March, officials announced recently.

The new location will replace HFCU's current Short Pump location on Pouncey Tract Road, across from Short Pump Middle School, which opened in 2018.

The Short Pump branch has experienced growth that necessitated the move to a more accessible and modern facility, company officials said. The new location is next to Honda of Short Pump closer to the Henrico-Goochland line off West Broad Street.

“This highly visible and easily accessible branch positions us to engage members in one of the region’s busiest corridors, supporting continued growth and providing convenient access for residents,” said Jason Ritter, senior vice president of member experience. “Our investment in this location reflects our unwavering dedication to delivering exceptional personalized service and meaningful financial support to help our members and the communities we proudly serve.”

Originally established in 1967, Henrico Federal Credit Union offers financial services to people who live, work, worship, or attend school in the Richmond Metropolitan Statistical Area, which encompasses 17 counties and four cities.
