The Henrico Education Foundation will host its sixth-annual Excellence in Education Celebration on Thursday, April 16 at the Dewey Gottwald Center at the Science Museum of Virginia. The 2026 theme, “A Million Dreams,” will celebrate the potential of Henrico County students and the partnerships that help turn aspirations into opportunity.

The Excellence in Education Celebration underscores HEF’s commitment to ensuring every student can dream big and thrive through education. HEF, a nonprofit, works to strengthen educational opportunities for students and educators in Henrico County Public Schools through grants, enrichment programs and community partnerships.

“The Excellence in Education Celebration is a powerful reminder that every student’s dream matters,” said Jennifer Boyle, CEO of the Henrico Education Foundation. “Our community’s support turns those dreams into meaningful opportunities for learning, growth and lifelong success.”

Tickets for the Excellence in Education Celebration are now on sale. Event proceeds benefit HEF programs that directly support Henrico County Public Schools through grants, enrichment initiatives and strategic partnerships focused on equity and long-term student success.

Sponsorship opportunities also are available for organizations seeking to support public education while gaining community visibility.
