Henrico Citizen earns authorization to publish public notices in City of Richmond, Hanover County

The Henrico Citizen recently received certification from the circuit courts of the City of Richmond and Hanover County authorizing it to publish public notice advertisements from entities in both localities. It has held authorization from Henrico County since 2024.

Public or legal notices that are required to be published in one of these three localities by local governments, attorneys or individuals for a variety of reasons (such as trustee's sales, divorce proceedings, notification of government meetings and others) may be placed with the Citizen to meet those legal requirements.

The Citizen charges a flat rate of $150 per placement; place and pay for a public notice advertisement through the Citizen's public notice portal.
