Henrico business park property sells for $10.2M

A Henrico business park has a new owner.
Core Development Group purchased Windsor Business Park V, a nearly 60,000-square-foot Class A flex industrial space at 8555 Magellan Parkway, Oct. 30 for $10.2 million from Fernau LeBlanc. The property is located just off Parham Road between I-95 and Chamberlayne Road in Northern Henrico.
The property is 100% occupied and triple-net leased to two tenants who have been in their spaces since original construction in 2007.
The complex is located within the larger Windsor Business Park — a 40-acre, six-building, 340,000-square-foot business park leased to a diverse mix of medical, technology, and industrial service users.
