Henrico Area Mental Health & Developmental Services Board Proposed FY 2026 and FY 2027 Community Services Performance Contract

As required by section 37.2-508 of the Virginia State Code, a performance contract must be established between local community services boards (CSBs) and the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services on a biennial basis. This contract delineates the responsibilities of the state, responsibilities of the local CSB, and the conditions that must be met for the receipt of state-controlled funds.  

Beginning June 23, 2025 the proposed FY2026 and FY 2027 Performance Contract for the Henrico Area Mental Health & Developmental Services Board will be available for public review for 30 days on the internet at https://henrico.gov/mhds/ or at the offices of Henrico Area Mental Health and Developmental Services at 10299 Woodman Road, Glen Allen, Virginia, 23060.  

For anyone who does not have access to the internet, the Performance Contract can be accessed for review via internet at all Henrico County Public Library locations and at Heritage Public Library which serves Charles City County and New Kent County.

Public comments on the proposed contract will be received through July 22, 2025, and may be submitted in writing to:
