Glen Allen shopping center sells for $6.4 million

A Glen Allen shopping center has a new owner.
Threelo, LLC purchased the Virginia Center Station shopping center on Brook Road for $6.4 million. The center includes 24,400 square feet of retail space and is entirely leased to seven national and regional operators, including Chipotle, Mattress Firm and Q BBQ.
Originally constructed in 2006, the center is situated on nearly five acres near the larger Virginia Center Commons mall redevelopment site.
