Developer plans 6 new homes on 2-acre site in Henrico's West End

A developer is planning to build six new homes on a 2.05-acre parcel of land on Three Chopt Road, after purchasing the site recently.
RCI Builders LLC bought the land at 9115 Three Chopt Road, just northwest of the road's intersection with North Parham Road, for $850,000 from The Irwin Living Trust, George M Urban and Forest L Urban, Jr.
David M. Smith and Dawn F. Griggs of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the seller.
The site is zoned R-2A (Residential) and is surrounded by other residential lots.
