Business in brief: Sept. 1, 2025

Colliers International recently announced the following lease transactions in Henrico County: Bon Secours—Richmond Community Hospital LLC – renewed its lease of 1,806 SF at 5875 Bremo Road (John Carpin, Malcolm Randolph and Catherine Walker represented the landlord); UVA Community Health Medical Group, LLC – renewed its lease of 3,349 SF at 5875 Bremo Road (John Carpin, Malcolm Randolph and Catherine Walker represented the landlord); Wingtop – leased 2,800 SF at 11645 West Broad Street (Harrison Hall and Peter Vick represented the tenant).

SCC LLC recently purchased the 2,522-square-foot property at 1415 Eastridge Road in Henrico County from AAMC LLC for $850,000. Zach Roski and Tom Vozenilek of Colliers International handled the transaction on behalf of the seller.

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer recently announced that Alyssa DuPay has joined its Richmond Commercial Property Services team as a portfolio manager. DuPay graduated from Virginia Tech in 2024 with a bachelor of science in real estate and a minor in property management. She is also the public relations chair on the 2025 Institute of Real Estate Management board.

Virginia Career Works - Henrico Center's September 2025 Career Fair will be held on Thursday, Sept. 18 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Fairfield Library. The career fair is an opportunity for job seekers to connect with potential employers and explore a wide range of career possibilities. Attendees are encouraged to prepare resumes and questions before the event, dress professionally, and arrive on time.
