Kole Tang Aquatics, a residential and commercial aquarium installation and maintenance service, will soon open its first physical storefront in Henrico County at 7250 West Broad Street, Richmond BizSense recently reported. Owner Kole Elkin, who launched the business 18 months ago, says the brick-and-mortar location is something customers have been asking for. The store will sell fresh and saltwater fish, coral, aquariums, filtration systems, lights and more.
Andrew R. Blair, Law dba Blair Law Offices recently leased 1,795 SF at 4801 Cox Road in Henrico County. Eric Hammond, Eliza Izard and Russell Wyatt of Commonwealth Commercial Partners, LLC represented the landlord.
Randall G. Welch recently purchased 35.76 acres at Darbytown Road and Strath Road in Henrico County from Olga Sauer Property, LLC for $225,000. Ryan Fanelli and Brent Altaffer of Commonwealth Commercial Partners, LLC represented the seller and Brian Reinhart, also of CCP, represented the purchaser.

In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month this October, Ford’s Garage restaurant is again partnering with the Pink Fund to raise vital funds to support breast cancer patients undergoing active treatment. Throughout the month, Ford’s Garage will sell limited-edition Pink Fund T-shirts, with 100% of proceeds benefiting Pink Fund, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping patients meet their basic living expenses so they can concentrate on their treatment, recovery, and family life. This is Ford’s sixth year partnering with the Pink Fund; more than $50,000 has been raised so far. The restaurant is located at 11275 West Broad Street in Glen Allen.
Virginia Career Works–Capital Region will hold its Richmond Center Job Fair on Wednesday, Oct. 8 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Tuckahoe Library, 1901 Starling Drive. This event connects job seekers with employers hiring for high-demand roles across Central Virginia. Featured positions include service technician, director of activity therapy, youth counselor, apartment turnover coordinator, licensed practical nurse (LPN) and warehouse positions.
