Abracadabra Warehouse 1, LLC recently purchased 60 acres at 12720 Tuckahoe Creek Parkway in Henrico County from HCA Realty, Inc. for $11,000,000. Ryan Fanelli of Commonwealth Commercial Partners, LLC represented the purchaser.


Dig Dev VDOT, LLC recently purchased 21.35 acres of industrial land at 503 and 890 Bickerstaff Road in Henrico County from the Commonwealth of Virginia for $2,500,000. Michael Mayhew and Ben Bruni of Commonwealth Commercial Partners, LLC represented the purchaser.

In celebration of National First Responders Day on Oct. 28, Ford’s Garage is offering all eligible first responders — including U.S. veterans, active-duty military, police officers, firefighters, nurses, doctors and medical staff — a free American Standard Burger or up to $15 off the entrée of their choice.
